This is really the only good option out there. I’ve used fleshlight products before and those still feel better than this sleeve but the unit itself has the best stroking action. I just wish they made a hands free attachment. Also I am 8″ and normal girth and that seems to be the max for this. Needed a lot of lube for the sleeve to actually slide.
