Shipping Cost & More
Currently, all of our orders are shipping with the United States Postal Service. USPS allows for shipping in the US and abroad.
We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. This periodically changes and our shopping cart will be updated with the most up-to-date list of countries we are shipping to. If it will take your order, we are currently shipping to your country.
Continental US: USPS domestic transit times, during peak periods (Holiday Season and Mothers, Father’s Days), will range from 7-21 calendar days, depending on where you are located. All items ship from North Carolina.
During non-peak seasons for USPS, items are in transit from 4-12 calendar days at the most.
PLEASE NOTE the global pandemic has caused shipping transit times to extend out to the far end of the expected ranges.
HI, AK and International Shipments: Please be aware that USPS asks customers to allow for 30 days from the time we ship, to the time it arrives at your address. We can not place a claim or speculate on the arrival date of the package until at least 30 days have passed.
All orders shipped within the United States are free. Orders outside of the US are charged shipping and that cost is calculated through the system during the checkout process.
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Cornelius, NC in completely discreet packaging. See below for images of the packaging.
Orders are shipped promptly and we do everything we can to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible including order outside of the United States.
Once it leaves the United States, however, there is always a chance that customs department from any country can hold the package before they allow shipment to the recipient. Chances of this happening are higher in the countries that do not normally allow products of a sexual nature into the country.
All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will show up in your shipping confirmation email once the item is shipped and scanned at the USPS facility.
Once our warehouse has packaged and labeled your purchase for shipping, you will receive this tracking notification email.

Discreet Packaging & Billing
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We provide discreet shipping in either a USPS Priority padded envelope or box, or in a plain brown envelope or box. Package examples are shown below. Your order may have similar packaging (padded or thick envelope) and will never contain any labels or wording about exactly where it came from.
The return address will be labeled with the name “LT Distributors LLC”
*Subject to the requirements of the country you wish your order to be dispatched to, customs and regulations require a label on the outside of your package. For discretion, we state that it contains Novelty Items or a truthful but vague description of what’s inside.
Discreet Credit Card Billing
Orders appear on your statement with only the words “LT Distributors”. (which is the legal name of LoyalToys.com)
PayPal Billing (Less Discreet)
The product name DOES show up in your PayPal statement when paying with PayPal. However that transaction can be archived (removed). Go to recent activity, click “more”, check the box, and click “archive” button at bottom.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives broken or defective in some way. Please contact us at help (at) loyaltoys.com to arrange an exchange or refund on a defective item.
Order Hasn’t Arrived?
Within the United States
If your order has been in transit for more than the amount of time described above, please do contact us.
Once the chosen USPS marks the tracking info DELIVERED, please know that it has been delivered to the address you provided, and the safety of that product on your doorstep is your responsibility.
If you live in a high crime area or an area with a history of mail theft, please choose an address for us to ship to which is more secure.
Outside of United States
As stated above, if your order is 30 calendar days or more overdue, please contact us. (There is a higher chance that if you have not received your package in a reasonable amount of time that customs may want to examine the package before shipping to the recipient.)
In the event, your package is confiscated by your customs agency, please know that this is a circumstance beyond our control and we can not refund or replace that item.
